Refund policy

Northgate Studio sells scheduled brand work, not downloadable template packs.

If we have not accepted your intake and have not started work, you can request a full refund of the package fee.

Once intake is accepted and work has begun, the fee is non-refundable. The studio calendar is reserved for your project at that point.

If we cannot deliver the agreed package, we will refund the unused portion. Chargebacks for delivered work will be contested with the project record from your client workspace.
