What does Northgate Studio sell?
Brand identity work for independent companies. We design the mark, the system, and the files your team actually uses. Nothing is a template pack. Each project is made for one company.
Who is this for?
Founders, independent practices, and small companies launching or rebranding. If you have a name and a point of view, but nothing that looks like a company yet, you are in the right place.
What is the difference between The Mark, The Identity, and The Studio?
The Mark is the foundation: logo, palette, type, and a one-page guide. The Identity adds a full brand book, stationery, social templates, and packaging direction. The Studio includes the identity, a launch kit, and 30 days of studio support after delivery.
How does a project start?
After checkout you get a private client workspace. Complete the intake brief there. We do not start the clock until the brief is in. You will also have a short written kickoff from the studio.
How long does it take?
The Mark: 7–10 business days. The Identity: 3–4 weeks. The Studio: 5–6 weeks, then 30 days of support. Timelines begin when the intake is complete.
How many directions and revisions do I get?
The Mark is one considered direction. The Identity includes one revision round. The Studio includes two. Extra rounds can be quoted if you need them.
What files do I receive?
Vector and web logos, color notes, type pairing, and a PDF guide at minimum. Higher packages add a brand book, layout files, and launch assets. Everything is delivered in your client workspace.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. If you start with The Mark, the fee is credited toward The Identity or The Studio if you upgrade within 90 days.
Do you work with an existing logo?
Yes, on The Identity and The Studio. Tell us in the intake if the mark stays and the system needs to catch up, or if everything is on the table.
What is your refund policy?
If we have not started work, you can request a full refund. Once intake is accepted and work has begun, the project fee is non-refundable because the time is reserved for you. See the refund policy page for the full terms.
